Major framework upgrade. Although relatively small in feature set, this release contains a large number of core changes. • Added an option to ignore unavailable hypervisors when completing a hybrid migration.

• Improved several aspects of Disaster Recovery and how it handles failed block commits.
• Hypervisor metric collectors now run parallel processes for more accurate results.
